Hi!,
I designed a business card for a client. He gave me 50% of de total price as deposit, and when he got his business cards made, he argued the material was not the same as the sample I showed him. That was his excuse for not paying, so I told him to keep the business cards because I would put them in the trash anyway. Few weeks later he used the logo I designed in a huge billboard.

My question is: Will the benefit I get from this cover my attorney's fees?
