I am concerned that in may instances the unadvised may defeat their purpose or be illadvised. I also hope to thwart the mass marketers, more interested in money than the rendering of serice. : When I started to practice law, advertizing was illegal, or a breach of professional ethics. : There are non lawyers that function for the money and there are lawyers that operate legal factories which profit them without giving the close attention a client needs to best attempt to acheive their goals. : My service marks reflect my goals. : M.
