However, given you are trying to make money off of someone else's name, there could be legal issues involved. I suggest adding a Terms of Use to your homepage, stating where you would like all court cases to be held. (For example, MSN Hotmail states all cases must be held in Kingston County, Washington) Since you are a fansite, there is no defamation involved; that is good.
