They agreed, however when it went to print there was a time crunch and the printer made the decision to leave off my logo and instead put theirs in its place without consulting myself or the organization whith whom I had the agreement. : : They may have made an agreement with the organizaton as well however this gives the impression that they designed the shirt and in my mind it violates Industrial Design copyright protection. : : Do I seek damages from the printer directly?
