My reports are the effort commonly refered to as an appraisal which consist of public information, copyrighted information, information I have gathered and analysis of all information to conclude with my opinion. I donot delineate which information is copyrighted, public or my own analysis in the report. I have and pay for a license to access and use the copyrighted information.
