Hi,

1. I want to develope a kind of software and this kind of software is already awailable in the market. and i would like to know that can i make a new program with diffrent GUI and options or better funtionality. so is there any legal threat?

2. Second product is similar with the product of my previous employer so what should i do?, In this case also we write the code from scratch and diff GUI. and also is there any legal threat?
