Dear Kathy Isabell,
That is the hard part. You either have to get an agent, work through friends, or get the names of publishers, It ain't easy. Even then it still may not be easy.

Your local librarian me have some suggestions. Ther may be a very lard book by Bowser that lists publishers. I don't think that there is a list for poetry.
