Is "Twinkie Town Tales", Copyright 1926 and published and copyrighted by Hamil
ton Brown Shoe Company in public domain?
Also, is "Twenty Beautiful Stories From Shakespeare", copyright 1907 by Hertel, Jenkins & Co.,
in public domain?
If so, can someone publish again and what are the restrictions?
