: I've got a song that I would like to copywright and market : but I'm not sure how to go about it. Any hints or advice would greatly be appreciated The copyright law protects all works from the time of creation. A copyright registration enables enforcement. With music a proper copyright registration sets you up for statutory royalties for the copying of the song. File the application and then sell. Send disks to disk jockeys, sing, perform, push. Good luck. M.
