I am from Puerto Rico and I am a follower of the music genra called "Reggeaton". I feel very offended by Mr. Cruz and his accusations of illegal sampling. My uncle is a rap artist and they must get permission to use various music samples from other artists. I believe the reason Mr. Cruz that you have never heard of any trouble is becuase they probably ask the orignial artists permission to actually use a beat or some lyrics. I would also like to know the reason why you would like to cause such controversy and make them get caught if they are doing so illegally. If you think that the record company will give you pay you for tattlling on someone, I believe you are mistaken.
