This is somewhat unrelated, but can one take any legal action against a neighbor who is essentially in the process of carbon-copying our landscape design with the choice of material and location in the yard used for spa, patio, deck, wall plants, trees, etc.? As far as I know, our architect has not protected the plan with a copyright protection. Is there anything e.g. under tort law that would be applicable?
