Dear MoSart, The name of an act is a service mark. It can be registered or reserved. Trade marks take about a year and a half on average. There may be prosecution. Don't mess with trademarks or service marks until you are sure you are not in trouble. M. Arthur Auslander Auslander & Thomas-Intellectual Property Law Since 1909
