Authentication of Copyright Registrations

Under Section 701(c) of the Copyright act, it would appear that copyright registrations are self-authenticated once they are issued and therefore can be admitted as evidence without any additional proof pursuant to Rule 902 (10). Is this correct and am I looking at the wrong section of the copyright act?
