Dear Gordon,

There are too many questions to be considered. I would not want to be responsible without a consultation. Would you ask a doctor you to approve a perscription without knowing the patient etiology?

You might but the doctor would be at professional risk without knowing the patient. Unfortunately the Legal Aid Society usually does not respond to commercial questions.

Forms can always be found. Printed leases are usually amended to suit the real legal situation.
