The club runs a magazine which is basically made up of photographs taken by fans (club members) and club member written articles. Does the musician in question have any right to object to the use of any of the photographs taken of him, all at concerts and in public places? Who would own the copyright - I assume it would be the fans that take the pictures. Is there any way the musician could stop images of himself being used? Would be grateful for clarification.
