I am been sued by Skechers for selling a simlilar shoe ( I did not intendor know of any infringement and purchased the productin good faith ), I cannot afford an attourney, have no assets, and have stopped selling the product.

Their lawyers continue to call me and ask for bank statements, invoices, shipping reciepts, if I do not provide they implied " they will take it to the next level "

In a jury trial, will they win? the quantity is small, and the design is not identical, and I have sold these without knowledge of a design conflict.
