: I worked for a musician and purchased from some of their fans photos to use on our website. I recently quit and wanted to liquidate my collection on ebay. The musician says I'm within my legal rights but a couple of the fans disagree. I am not trying to earn a 'profit' and I would never reproduce the photos. I mean if I can sell it at a garage sale why can't I put it on ebay? Who's right on this one? : thanks!
