Someone is photocopying (scanning and printing) old celebrity athlete autographed photos on an internet auction site. So, if you buy one, you get a copy of form his inkjet printer of the photo and autograph. I believe these were professional photos taken in the 60's. Assuming the seller wasn't the original photographer or owns the rights to the original photos, is this legal?
