It does not look as if you are in big danger even if you are infringing. They may get a judgment against you but if you appear before a judge without a lawyer, unless you are doing something purposeful, you ought to get a lot of sympathy, if you are ready to stop. : : : M. In my case I think Skecthers has not done there home work very well, due to the fact I only have a web site and run it part time from home, I can't imagine what they expect to achieve, but my shoes are different, similar yes, but to a consumer the difference obvious. : Dear Paul, : If you have had a summons served on you, it must be answered or else a default judgement can be entered.
