NFL Properties Licensing

I have an idea which would involve the use of NFL Team Logos that I feel is unique and would sell like hotcakes in all NFL markets. Being a novice to this, I have a number of questions;

1. What is the cost of an NFL Properties license, how long does it last, and what % of each sale does the NFL demand, and can I use it to market more than one product?

2. As stated my idea involves the use of team logos. Despite the is fact, would I be able to obtain copyright or patent protection to protect the "non-NFL" or intellectual portion of my idea?

3. I know that the initial cost of Licensure is quite high. Would if I sought an entity with an wxisting license, is it legal for me to pursue a contractual agreement with said entity?

Sorry about the length of this but I have no idea where to go next.
