: What are the rules on using a copyrighted recipe as part of a weekly "news" that goes to about 40 people in a community group. Can you just site the author of the recipe and the publisher or do you need permission from the author toprint the recipe.......there would be no duplicating of any original graphics or author notes. just the ingrediants and instructions for cooking. if some of the ingrediants and or instructions are chjanged should the soure of the adaptation be noted?
