: Hi! I am a hobby photographer and specialize in baseball photography. Last year I took over 7000 photos at Twins' games in MN. I have the chance to sell some of my photos to individuals and also to have them published in a new local baseball magazine. Do I need to be concerned about any rights violations if I sell or publish photos of baseball players ... mainly from MLB or the individual teams? The new magazine is only getting one-time use rights from me, but I want to be sure I have the right to sell any images I create as a freelancer. Thanks for any help!
