: A group of us are starting up a NPO which deals with the stigma facing the mentally ill. We are devoting a page to poems & stories written by individuals, some of which have copywrites, to express a personal aspect. I was wondering if there was a certain basic form or procedure for gaining permission to use these materials. I know you have to write each individual & ask their permission, however, I was wondering if there was a certain wording that should be used. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
