My question is this: does he have a legal right to use the content which I designed and am I in a position to force him to either remove my content from his site or hand back content which I designed when I was in partnership with him? There was never any formal agreement either on paper or verbal as to the usage of such content. : Thanks : Andrew. Dear Mr. Pattison, If I represented your former partner, this forum might be a way of knowing in advance what to do what is coming. Whether you like it or not it would be wise to have the advice of competant Intellectual Property and business legal counselling. There may be more than law to consider, the best way to try to get what you want. M. Arthur Auslander
