I wouldn't be getting any money from the users of my site and as of yet have no commercial sponsors.Thank you in advance : If there is a copyright notice in the website you copy from you are open to immediate challenge for use. There is a fair use doctrine but that seldom protects except if there is a small use or and in context use that is not a true copying. There is so much copying going on that you may not be caught or challenged. If you are caught the penalties can be severe. There are actual damages as well as statutory damages, that go up to 100k per infrimgement. My recollection is that there is liability for copying a copy of an infrigement.
