: Hello, : There are several books that I wish to republish that are no longer printed. : What are the steps I need to take?? : Thanks Out of print gives no rights if copyrights have not expired. The publishers if found may give you leads. They may not be eager to help you. Copyright searches may be the answer. If the books are old enough their public domain status may be determinable from the copyright notice in the book. No notice may, and I say may only, give a free ride. M.
