Hello!
I'm a law student from Finland, and I'm writing my thesis about the the authors position nowadays. Who should be considered as an author when talking for instance about movies, photografs (the classical problems)? And what about works that are made using computer?

I'd appreaciate if you'd have some links, articles or personal oppinions about these couple af things above.
