: Hello, i dont want to be a pain in the butt but i really am having a hard time...i want to send my song somewhere and what do i do? just send the words? do i write something on it other than the words? how will they know its copywrited? i do not know how to get a duplicate as you had said. where do i send a request for that to since i dont even remember where i sent for the original copywrite. thank you in advance for your time and i promise i wont bug you any more =-) Dear Kathleen, If you gave me a call it might be easier to work this out. Copyrights are obtained from the Register of Copyrights. Just registering a copyright may not mean much. The publisher usually takes care of the details. The hard part is getting a publisher. M.
