Generally forms per seare not copyrightable. That does not mean that there may not be some intellectual expression involved with forms that may be copyrightable. It is now possible to patent business systems. There may be a a petenable system involved with the forms. It is a case by case investigation. If a patent is involved, it is very important to keep the invention secret until a patent application is filed. "Divulgation or use" before an application is filed destroys the vslidity of most international patents. There are ways of dealing with all problems.
