: from all the info i've seen in this site, i take it as it is not illegal to burn (copy) mp3's if they are to be used for private listening and not to be sold. But Can these mp3's be taken to a neighbors home and and listened to or do they have to be viewed only in the home they were downloaded from? thankyou (by the way "good sit ya have")
