Withou taking professional responsibility for what I say here, it looks like you are talking about "titles" which in themselve cannot be protected. I don't trust doctors easily but I know when to try and find a doctor I can trust. Elaine's Workshop® may not make me rich but people like you may regret down the line not knowing what they are doing and really paying legal fees or having to give up in frustration down the line. M.
