I was unhappy with the then-current name of our band and by majority rules I changed it. We all grew to love the name not hearing it before. My drummer winded up hitting me with a car injuring me pretty badly, but friends are friends and I forgave him. I eventually quit the band to spend more time with my girlfriend and work. I recently got a tattoo of the name on my chest. I want to trademark the name so I can use it for my new band and show off my tattoo. Well if you have a tattoo, it could be late. The first thing you have to do is to have a search to see if the name is registerable. If it is then you are all right.
