Basic Question[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ Copyright Forum ] [ FAQ ] Posted by Rusty on February 13, 2002 at 12:04:49: This seems so obvious I feel silly asking but... maybe I'll hear something I want to hear. ;) Can I post an article on my website if I disclose where it came from. I don't see a copyright on the article. I remember soemthing about news agency being able to use the material of another agency if they mention it was copyrighted. What exactly is a "news service" I wish to publish material about the 1st Amednement on my website. I got the article from E-Library, a service I pay for. I can find nothing in their terms regading this. I did send them an e-mail but they have not resonded yet. Finally which is correct, copyright or copywrite. Seems like I recall that both are but in the proper context.
