While I was in there employ, I designed a logo, not really for them sort of just a drawing, and they liked it and decided to put it on their website and use it for promo mailers. I was not hired to do corporate identity or logo design by them. I had since left the band on good terms until I charged them for usage on their site after I had asked them to remove my artwork. They later had another firm trace my design digitally so they would have an image large enough to print up thousands of posters and a banner with my logo huge on them. I have no credit or compensation for the licensing to do this. Do you think I am protected by the laws of copyright or intellectual property for this.
