THE PROBLEM IS I AM IN THE UK. I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING THE WEB FOR HOURS BUT I CAN ONLY FIND AMERICAN COMPANYS WHO OFFER COPYWIGHT SERVICES. WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE FOR ME TO COPYRIGHT SOME THING IN AMERICA AND STILL BE PROTECTED BY THE AMERICAN COPYRIGHT LAWS IN THE UK. Dear Colin, Without taking professional responsibility, it is my understanding that, copyrights don't have to be registered in the UK. If you want world protection a registration must be had nation by nation. With a UCC copyright notice on publication, at least in the US there is notice to the world, if properly taken care, of your rights. It is also unclear if what you have is protectable by copyright, trademark, or design patent. M. Arthur Auslander Auslander & Thomas-Intellectual Property Law Since 1909
