What you need is a Trademark. A Trademark is a word, name, symbol, or device that that is used to distinguish the goods (including entertainment services in the form of a musical act) of one person from goods manufactured or sold by others. The range of things that are capable as serving as Trademarks is great and includes not just words but also such things as drawings and abstract designs, slogans, distinctive features of the product's packaging, and distinctive, non-functional features of the product itself. If you would like to discuss this matter further or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to give me a call at the number below for a free consultation.
