If you had the lawful right to be where you were, and their were no posted restrictions to the contrary (e.g., NO PHOTOGRAPHY) your use of original videotape footage of things in public places is not generally prohibited.
If you have captured the image of any recognizable PEOPLE however, you might be well-advised to have either obtained model releases, and to avoid commercial use of their images without some form of consent.
