Without taking professional responsibility, as an IP specialist, I feel they can be stopped. I'd have to do some research as to how. You might try the local Federal or County Attorney. It may be a civil rights violation. Your employment contract if in writing would determine rights. There may come a time that you have to pay for the legal service to work out the remedy.
