: If I wanted to use a quote from Lets say President George W Bush, from one of his public speeches, does it fall under public domain? Can I use it without asking permission?
: If I do need permission whom do I turn to?
Without taking professional responsibility, How much do you intend to use? Where will you have gotten it from? Basically there is no censorship but there is a limit to how much can be done depending on how much you intend to use, and how you use it and what has been done to protect the intellectual property rights.
