I this legal under CD burning/copywright laws? How can I do this legally? What things do I need to be aware? What steps should I take? Dear Jasmine, Without taking professional responsibiliity, it is my belief that what you propose would be infringement. As practical matter if done you may not be caught, I caught the cost of going to court maybe the biggest threat. As a non professional infringer, the jusge may be lenient. Ther may be a legal way to do this. Check ASCAP SECAC amd BMI. M. Arthur Auslander Auslander & Thomas-Intellectual Property Law Since 1909
