: Thank you for replying to me about the image. Another dilema now has occured. I have a site containing a personal story of my life and experiences. I received a a post from someone applying for my award. When I visited her site to view it. She had copied my words onto her site. I can deal with a stolen image but not my personal words. How shall I deal with this matter. I feel completely violated. Dear Lynn, Infringement can be enjoined and the court can award damages. Proveable monitary damages are easier to be awarded.
