Title 17, Chapter 4, 401, notice of visually perceptible copyright says, "(b) (3) the name of the owner of copyright [can be] in the work, or an
abbreviation by which the name can be recognized, or a generally known alternative designation of the owner." I assume that a d.b.a. is a "generally
known alternative designation"? Can anyone confirm that for me, please?
