: How do I go about doing a name search to make sure : a name I am planning on using for a product is not infringing : on either a copywright or patent? Copright usually is not problem unless you have copied a "mode of expression". The usual big danger is music where there may be unconsious copoying. Trademark is quickly and inexpensively searchable for a good opinion as to liklihood of registerabilty and infringement. M.
