1st Time Printing Rights

I own a small newspaper and have an employee
that works for me that sometimes does some
historical research for herself then writes
an acticle on the findings. I know I have
first time printing rights since they are
always published first in my paper; however,
she would like to publish the articles in
other magazines, ect.

The question is how do I release
the artilces back to her.

Is there a form letter she can
submit with her articles to other publishers?
