: Our company has been representing a product almost exclusively in the US for over 15 years. We have used various trade magazines to help promote the product. The manufacturer has fallen on desperate times as they have done their best to run their company into the ground. They are now sending certified letters, with copies to the FBI, that we are infringing on their copyright and use of their name and that we are to cease and desist. Can they do this? We are simply trying to promote their product as we have for many years. We are about ready to file a lawsuit for torturous interference and our right to do business, as well as breach of contract on several occasions and doing this to us just pushes us one step closer.
