A person emailed me and said that she has the copywrites on these designes. Is that possible? I created these and they are created with antique vintage beads so even she cannot duplicate her pieces. She admits all her works are "one of a kind". She claims that she has copywrited the outer wire shapes of bats, butterfies etc. Is it copywrite infringement if i use her shape, but different inner patterns of the piece itself? : Thank you Dear Sue Bennett, If the other person knows what she is doing, there is a possibibililty that there may be some vallidity to the claim. Basically my may be safe not having copied. If the other persond did her homework right there may be a right against you. The would take research to figure. If I represented her it is possible that I might have been able to make it hot for you. M. Arthur Auslander Auslander & Thomas-Intellectual Property Law Since 1909
