What is the cost involved with registering for a copywrite? Whats the cheapest you can do this without a lawyer and what is the process? : : How do I find out if a name has already been copywrighted and what is the approximate cost to getting a business name and logo copywrighted? : It seems that you are intrested in a trademark. Trademarks are registerable. Trade names are not protected by registration. A search must be conducted in any event. The price depends or what the facts are. Trademarks and copyrights are probably the biggest bargain one can get in the law. Copyrights are good for life plus 70 years. Trademarks are registered fpr 10 years but renewable forever as long as they are in use. : M.
