I have recently compiled a training manual and training workshop pertaining to my field of employment. Both works were requested of me by my employer for their general use, not to be sold or for profit. They would have no intention of copywrighting the material.
Can I copywright it in my name and then leave the company, taking the information with me and selling it to other, non compeating, companies?
