They have done extensive research on this and said all they know is the picture was taken in Montreal many years ago (50's) and he was 99.9% sure that nothing would ever come of it. I would assume than if in that .1% chance someone did file suit. They would ask me to stop using it before they would go to the trouble of filing suit against me. They wouldn't win much. cos we are not selling anything anyway. The films are all free. But maybe in the future if we make shirts or something with the logo, we should pay a lawyer to do a search.
