Copyright and trademark registration is another thing. : A UCC copyright cover 100+ countries but must be registered country by country. Trademarks are local, with 6 month treaty priority. Unless there is a local use there may be difficulty. The same marks may exist for differnt owners in different countries. It can get hairy. : M.
